Congratulations on finishing apprenticeship and saying yes to becoming a leader in our community! Every leader within InterVarsity is required to read and sign our leadership agreement. It helps leaders understand both the biblical expectations of a leader and how we will challenge leaders to live on campus, as they represent both Jesus and InterVarsity. Below find our community of leaders agreement/covenant. Please note you are required to read the whole doc and if agreed upon, you will sign the doc at the next Leadership retreat. Lastly, this doc is very detailed and could make you feel like there is no way you can live up to the expectations. Please be aware that the document isn't made to make you feel like you have to live to an unhealthy standard of perfection. Instead, it's been written to help you know what God wishes for you to pursue and acknowledge as biblical leadership. We move with enormous grace and fully anticipate that we will all fall short of this covenant at times. When we do fall short, we will seek to restore each other to both God and our community!
